Support that fits your needs.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual and the specific challenges they bring. Rather than applying a fixed method, I draw from different therapeutic frameworks based on what will be most effective and supportive for each of my clients.
The work.
-

Individuals
Individual therapy provides a one-on-one opportunity to understand and analyze the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond. I will challenge you to take risks, explore your emotions, be honest with yourself, and achieve the personal growth that lies beyond discomfort.
-

Couples
Couples therapy offers a focused space to examine the underlying emotional and behavioral patterns that each partner brings to the relationship. By working through conflict, attachment, disconnection, and unmet needs, we’ll foster a more secure and intentional bond.
-

Families
Family therapy seeks to understand the relational system as a whole rather than isolated individuals. We will address deeper patterns of interaction, communication, and emotional response to build healthier points of connection and understanding.
-

Intensives
I offer couples and family intensives for those ready to address complex relational dynamics in a focused, immersive format. Over the course of a few days, this work can help clarify patterns, repair ruptures in trust, and support the development of healthier communication. Intensives are designed to create meaningful insight and momentum toward change.

-
MI (Motivational Interviewing)

-
Psychological Assessment
Uses standardized tools and clinical interviews to better understand cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, helping clarify concerns and guide treatment.
