Support that fits
your needs

I don’t work from a single model. I draw on several well-established approaches and shape the work around you: your history, what you need, and what you’re hoping will change. That usually means going deep enough to understand why things keep happening, while also building practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

The Work

  • Individuals

Individual therapy offers a one-on-one space to understand the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond. Together, we focus on what matters most to you and how to change it.

  • Couples

Couples therapy offers a focused space to examine the emotional and behavioral patterns each partner brings to the relationship. By working through conflict, attachment, disconnection, and unmet needs, we build a more secure and intentional bond.

  • Families

Family therapy looks at the family as a whole rather than as a collection of individuals. We address the deeper patterns of interaction, communication, and emotional response that shape family life, so everyone can connect with more ease and understanding.

  • Intensives

I offer couples and family intensives for those ready to address complex relational dynamics in a focused, immersive format. Over the course of a few days, this work can clarify patterns, repair ruptures in trust, and support healthier communication, creating real momentum toward change.
